January – June 2011

We are looking for new designers to join our design team
for a  6 month term beginning in January 2011.

Designers are required to:
*scrap our monthly kit {3 pages and 1 project or 4 pages}
*post sneak peeks of the kit on our blog and your blog , as well as on our facebook fan page
* 1 monthly inspiration posting or tutorial (pictures or video) on our blog
* Occasional inspiration pages for the store
*all projects must be dropped off to the store to be displayed If you are out of state we will pay for shipping
All work will be returned

with DESIGN TEAM in the subject line.
*3 pages
*1 altered project
* A short bio, including any other Design Team positions past or current.
*Links to online galleries/blogs.

Fabulous November Kit

Hello everyone! This is Beatriz bringing you my design team work using the FABULOUS November kit.
Are you ready for this? I made an entire 12 x 12 album of 18 pages using the kit and had two papers left over!!! I was able to embellish every page as well. Here it is:

Since I did not have an album I made my own using two pieces of cardboard from a Walmart box. The pretty shape on the side with the board also comes in the kit. Here it is!

This makes a fabulous Christmas present and you do not even have to come up with ideas since this album will be at the store and you can scraplift every page, every detail in it. Make sure you stop by the store to get your November Kit as I am sure they will be sold out before Thanksgiving.

a very magical day

very exciting news Harry Potter has arrived at the Niche and i am super duper excited!

I decided to do a 2 pager class but Tammy suggested a book- and it took off from there! 

 Last night i packed up half of the store {i kid you not} and came home with tons of excitement and glee!

I can't wait to work on this awesome class idea!! 

(i'm a nerd and proud) i love all things harry potter - well all things fantasy really but just adore all of the well written books and world that j.k.rowling has created. 

I just hope i do this class justice! 

tammy sent me home with all of the TH dies and emb folders! 

I.CAN'T.WAIT.

2 bags and a box full of goodies!!

so i am contemplating how to actually go about this - i think i want to make it the ultimate HP addicts scrapbook- complete with recipes, quidditch tips, rare known facts and more!

i am also playing around with the idea of a hogwarts year book- we shall see 

i'm off today and locked in my office with a bag of tricks and tv shows to catch up on!
